Job Summary:

We're looking for a driven, experienced Project Manager to own our Interior Renovation (IR) and turnkey operations across the Raleigh and Charlotte markets. This is an opportunity to be the go-to person in both markets - managing a diverse project load, building relationships with clients and vendors, and growing alongside the business. Day-to-day, you'll oversee projects from estimate through closeout, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure work is completed on time and on budget, conduct site visits, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process. You'll also play a key role in scoping work, managing change orders, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage interior renovation projects from kickoff through completion
  • Oversee turnkey projects ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Estimate project quantities and get competitive bids for labor and material
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subs, and internal stakeholders across both Raleigh and Charlotte
  • Coordinate scheduling, scoping, and budgeting for renovation and maintenance work
  • Identify and resolve project issues before they become client problems
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates and project proposals based on project specifications and market conditions
  • Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to review and refine estimates and proposals as needed
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating pricing and terms as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior and interior construction or turnkey/maintenance services
  • Ability to scope, estimate and bid projects
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Raleigh and Charlotte
  • Self-starter mentality - you don't wait to be told what needs to happen
  • Clear communicator with clients, crews, and leadership
  • Familiarity with property management or multifamily renovation environments
  • Experience managing high unit volumes in a fast-paced setting
