About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Division Manager to lead the development and growth of a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration, renovation, and buildout company. This is a unique opportunity to build an entire HVAC division from the ground up, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality HVAC services to our expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the HVAC division, including staffing, training, and operational processes.
  • Oversee HVAC project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Collaborate closely with multifamily restoration and renovation teams to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for the HVAC division.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and support staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HVAC management or leadership roles, preferably within multifamily or commercial construction environments.
  • Master HVAC Technician License preferred.
