We are looking for an experienced Water Damage Mitigation Restoration Crew Leader to join our fast growing team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water Damage and Mold Removal Restoration jobs.
You are someone that is IICRC certified or seeking certification with relevant industry experience with meaningful previous experience in cleaning and restoration. You are an individual that is, outgoing, neat and clean in demeanor, with outstanding communication skills. You are able to commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals, including overtime to support emergency services.
You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. You are a leader and coach to others and know you are only as successful as successful as those you bring along with you.
Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Excellent communication skills (We are a communication company that specializing in restoration!)
  • Follow project scopes and guidance from our Production Team on assignments
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Ability to manage others, provide coaching and develop your Apprentices into Lead Technicians
  • Perform dry-down procedures using appropriate equipment, such as dehumidifiers, desiccants, and water extractors
  • Use appropriate equipment for mold remediation such as HEPA filters, air scrubbers, and negative air machines
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
  • Must be familiar with and able to recognize potential mold in order to properly contain it.
  • Good knowledge and experience in construction and use of hand tools
  • Review data reports and write all or portions of project technical and summary reports
  • Detailed documentation including photos, dry book, monitoring, notes and customer input
  • Prepare cost proposals/estimates for additional scope as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, in a complex and sometimes quickly changing environment
  • Support business development activities as need
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, you are representing the company on and off the clock
  • Delivering 5-star service to home owners (and obtaining reviews)

Your Qualifications:
  • Overall interest in serving your communities and being a hero to your neighbors
  • General experience in the cleaning, restoration, construction industry
  • Specific experience leading water damage mitigation jobs (dry out, demo, stabilization, monitoring)
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, others), Florida State Certifications for Mold Remediation
  • Experience serving both residential and commercial properties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no suspensions in previous 3 years, or major violation in previous 5)
  • Knowledge of Lee, Charlotte & Collier County area (Driving directions, areas, etc.)
  • Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record pull
  • High school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally in SWFL when necessary

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
