Reports to: ReStore Manager


About the Role
The ReStore Associate supports daily store operations, helping shoppers, donors, and volunteers. This includes assisting customers, processing and moving merchandise, organizing donations, and supporting volunteers. Associates also drive ReStore trucks to pick up donations, load/unload items, and serve as ambassadors of Habitat for Humanity's mission to build homes, communities, and hope!


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to shoppers and donors
  • Drive donation truck
  • Load/unload both large and small donations safely
  • Screen donations, thank donors, complete paperwork
  • Receive, price, and organize donated items
  • Maintain clean, safe, and inviting store and warehouse spaces
  • Operate the cash register as needed
  • Lead and support volunteers


Work Environment
Retail store, warehouse, and on-the-road (in all weather). Noise and physical activity are frequent.

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the day
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
