What You'll Do

As Assistant Manager, you'll partner closely with the Chef and ownership team to ensure our restaurants operate at the highest level every day.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations across multiple concepts
  • Inspire, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house team members
  • Help recruit, onboard, and train new employees
  • Assist with scheduling, managing labor, and supporting timekeeping discrepencies
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
  • Monitor inventory and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support catering events, food truck operations, and special projects as needed
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture where team members can thrive
