Firehouse Subs is opening in Lethbridge in September!


We are recruiting for PART-TIME and FULL-TIME Team Leaders to join our team!


Location:  #50 338 University Drive West Lethbridge AB


Firehouse Subs is a brand founded by two firefighters in 1994, and now has over 1,200 locations in the US and Canada. Our sandwiches are unique because we slice our meats fresh in-house daily, and our steaming process awakens the flavours of our premium meats and cheeses. With generous portions and craveable combinations, our subs are like nothing you've tasted before!


What you'll do:

• You're a people person who cares about your Team Members as people and individuals

• You'll have the responsibility to running and managing the shift

• You greet and welcome guests with your warm, friendly nature ... you have a high level focus on hospitality

• Prepare and serve hearty and flavourful subs

• You're the role model for great behaviour and following standards

• You sweat the small stuff, show care for the restaurant, and treat it like its your own

• You make the tough calls... they won't always be the right ones but you'll learn from each and every one.

Shift Types:

• Days (between 8:00am-6:00pm)

• Afternoons (between 12:00pm-11:00pm)


Job Requirements:

• 1 year Food Service or Retail Experience

• Availability to work both days and afternoons preferred

• Strong work ethic with the curiosity to learn, grow and ask questions

  • • Experience leading a team is considered an asset
