Job description

The HRIS Data Analyst will focus on managing and analyzing human resources data to support decision-making and optimize processes. This role is part of the Technology department within the Financial Services industry and is based in New York.

Description

  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and distribute reports on workforce metrics, trends, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR and Technology teams to streamline data processes.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies within the HRIS platform.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS features.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
  • Develop and document data management processes and best practices.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above required
  • 3-5 year of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work on SQL Database and assist the team to extract the required information and data
  • HRIS platform exp is required
  • Mandarin speaking is required
