Job description

CircleBack is looking for a friendly, dependable Restaurant Server to deliver a standout guest experience from greeting to goodbye. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with a team, and takes pride in providing attentive service.
Responsibilities
-Greet guests promptly, answer questions, and guide them through the menu with confident recommendations
-Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests clearly to kitchen/bar teams
-Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
-Check in appropriately to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
-Process payments (cash/card), handle transactions responsibly, and provide correct change
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas throughout the shift
-Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, restocking, and teamwork support as needed
-Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines and local regulations
Qualifications:
-Prior serving experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy dining room
-Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and carrying trays/plates
-Reliable attendance and punctuality
-Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in MA, if applicable
