Sail Loft is a welcoming, full-service restaurant dedicated to providing outstanding food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience for every guest. We are seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our team.


Position Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each visit.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
  • Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns in a courteous manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
