Job description

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Coordinator or Casino Shift Manager, under the supervision of the Food &ย 
Beverage Supervisor, this position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and quality, value pricedย 
dining, by serving food and beverages to guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner, whether in theย 
restaurant, outlet, on the gaming floor, or at functions held in the Casino's Multi-Purpose Room.

Previous serving and restaurant experience.

High school diploma.

Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentiveย 
treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.ย 
Providing gaming floor beverage service. Restaurant, Bar and Outlet duties include: Taking orders and deliveringย 
food and drink to the table. Carrying out basic food preparation. Assembling, wrapping/packaging and presentingย 
hot and cold food and beverage orders. Strictly adhering to safe food handling practices. Maintaining tables in goodย 
order by bussing, sanitizing and resetting as required. Performing a variety of side work. Carrying out a variety ofย 
cleaning duties throughout the shift to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
