Overview

The Premium Catering Attendant is responsible for serving guests and delivering food in the venue's premium areas and in the arena restaurant, Yuengling 1829 Tap House. The Premium Catering Attendant must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
  • Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders when setting up guest events with proper linen, dishware, glassware, and flatware, as well as execute banquet service on the contracted event menu & event timeline.
  • Responsible for delivering food to restaurant customers in an efficient matter.
  • Read food tickets and communicate information to kitchen staff.
  • Responsible for replenishing food for buffet service in the arena's premium spaces.
  • Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.
  • Responsible for replacing tableware and linens as needed during an event or for room turnover.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clear and organized workspace.
  • Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a server in a fine dining, large-scale dining facility, or similar field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on a list of written tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
