POSITION: SERVER DEPARTMENT: RESTAURANT REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR PAY RATE: $15.00/HOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass pre-employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license Good people skills, customer driven, sense customer needs, promote positive dining experience Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours Good coordination; be able to bend, kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds Must have prior experience as a Food Server/Waiter/Waitress DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner Inform customers of specials, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverages and service Solicit food and beverage orders from customers and relay orders to culinary and beverage staff Communicate with culinary and beverage staff and coordinate the entire station to ensure customer satisfaction Serve courses promptly while ensuring the proper presentation Monitor diners to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and accommodate any additional requests Total guest check, refer customers to the cashier, or process payment for the customer Assist with stocking workstation, removing soiled dishes and resetting tables All duties as assigned PUBLIC RELATIONS: Important attributes of any employee of the Havasu Landing Casino & Hotel, along with the official performance of duties, are personal appearance and public relations

Each employee is expected to make every effort to be well-informed about the casino and hotel, pleasant, courteous, and cooperative, and to act in a manner to command the respect of co-workers and all other personnel.
