Volcanos Bar and Bistro in Gary, IN is looking for an energetic and motivated Restaurant Runner to join our team! This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and efficiently
  • Assist servers by ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including resetting tables
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before running dishes to guests
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and relay requests to the appropriate team members
  • Support bussing duties during high-volume service periods
