During peak operations, Supervisor will be 100% visible and engaged in supporting the line cooks by expediting delivery orders and helping to make product.Helps to make sure that food prep is done in a timely manner and at a high level of quality.Helps managers enact plans of action to keep kitchen area clean and organizedSurvey the restaurant during operation for cleanliness and organization.Looks for and corrects service shortfalls; monitors efficiency of food production, fills the void by assisting kitchen personnelLooks for and corrects visual and audio shortfalls including unsightly messes, poor lighting, poor audio, etc.Ensures fast service; identifies area for support during service.Builds strong relationships with hourly team members and is an important line of communication between them and management.Assists with additional managerial tasks and projects as needed
