The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of a variety of commercial projects from High-End Grocery Stores like Whole Foods, retail / restaurant projects (up and down the East Coast). Client Details Our client is a National General Contractor / Developer with a great reputation building a variety of commercial projects. Description Prepare and manage project schedule and identify risks Assist with preconstruction and estimating throughout project Implement and maintain budget and schedule controls. The Project Manager will report significant issues in a timely manner to the Project Director and will prepare Monthly Progress Reports in accordance with contract documents. Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. Maintain the Program Management Team site office for the duration of the project Looking for a PM to be out of the Miami office with light travel every 2 to 3 weeks to project sites. Profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar Ability to monitor and administer projects of at least $10M Strong Ground up Project Experience Strong Employment Tenure Coming from an environment with strong process and procedures. Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 Analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reports Must be able to read and interpret building and site plans and specifications. Must be able to prepare cost estimates and project schedules. Proficient with ProCore or similar software Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) Ability to travel to job sites weekly.
