The OpportunityA nationally recognized commercial General Contractor specializing in high-end restaurant construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The RoleReporting to the VP of Project Management, the Project Manager will lead multiple national projects, ensuring strong coordination among leadership, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and profitably, while maintaining exceptional client relationships and the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 35 concurrent commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost controls while maintaining project profitability.
  • Coordinate project execution by partnering with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, consultants, owners, and internal teams.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor procurement, scopes of work, performance, payments, and change orders.
  • Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, contracts, and owner communications.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits, monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Lead project meetings and provide accurate financial and operational updates to executive leadership.
  • Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, manuals, and final owner deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Required experience managing commercial construction projects for a GC specializing in high-end restaurants.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated success managing simultaneous projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project administration, and project financial management.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of commercial building systems and construction sequencing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • A proven history of career stability and long-term employment. Candidates who have demonstrated ownership, longevity, and successful project delivery are strongly preferred.
Work Environment
  • Based in the Miami or Deerfield Beach office with limited travel to nationwide projects.
  • Full-time role (MondayFriday).
