Position Overview:


Giana Restaurant is seeking exceptional Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager & Assistant Managers to lead our customer facing team. As the Bar and Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a world-class experience. This position presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the exciting launch of a new upscale American restaurant, setting new standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:


· Beverage Program:

Curate and continually refine a diverse and innovative cocktail menu that complements our culinary offerings.

Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new, exciting beverage offerings to keep the bar program fresh and appealing.

· Bar Operations:

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and adherence to service standards.

Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations of the bar.

· Staff Development:

Recruit, train, and inspire the bar and front of house team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest industry standards.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

· Guest Experience:

Ensure that the bar delivers memorable and personalized experiences for each guest.

Train staff to craft unique cocktails and provide recommendations tailored to individual preferences.

· Quality Assurance:

Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service.
