The Restaurant Manager directly manages Team Members, Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers. The Restaurant Manager has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees), achieving 100% guest satisfaction and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes of increased sales, profitability and employee retention.
