Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Supervisor
Lead One of the Coast's Busiest Seafood Kitchens
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager/Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in leading a strong team. If you're passionate about fresh seafood, quality food, and creating an organized kitchen where people enjoy coming to work, we'd love to meet you.
Our restaurant is known for serving hundreds of guests each day during our busy season. Success in this role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm and organized while delivering exceptional food and service.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen staff.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
  • Ensure all health department, sanitation, and food safety standards are consistently met.
  • Work alongside the team during peak service, leading by example.
  • Coordinate closely with front-of-house management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Experience with inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and food cost control.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be on your feet for long period of times
  • Knowledge of seafood preparation and handling is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Open availability(or flexibility) to work mornings and evenings. Weekends and holidays necessary.
  • Someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
