Job description

We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dunkin' restaurant. In this leadership role, you'll inspire your team, maintain high operational standards, drive sales and profitability, and create a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities Include:


Restaurant Operations

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while maintaining Dunkin' brand standards.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a guest-first culture.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
  • Execute company recipes, procedures, and operational systems.
  • Implement new product launches, promotions, and team training.
  • Monitor guest feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
  • Communicate restaurant goals, priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop restaurant team members.
  • Lead by example and provide positive, hands-on leadership.
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and achieve operational goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Lead team meetings and recognize outstanding performance.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage labor costs through effective scheduling
  • Complete inventory counts and place food and supply orders.
  • Control food, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash controls.
  • Help achieve sales, profit, and budget goals established by the franchise owner.
  • Complete required operational reports and self-assessment



Education/Experience:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Basic math and financial management
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
  • College Degree preferred
