The role

McCalls' Catering and Events is looking for a Restaurant General Manager – Upscale Casual Dining to lead an exciting new San Francisco venture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be at the heart of the operation. From supporting your team during a busy service to keeping an eye on costs, quality, and guest satisfaction, you will help create a restaurant people enjoy working in and visiting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day front- and back-of-house operations

You will ideally have:

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong front- and back-of-house knowledge
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Confident leadership and people-management skills
  • Strong organization, communication, and financial skills
  • Experience with Square, Toast, OpenTable, or similar systems
  • Food Handler and ABC certifications
  • Good knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or culinary education is a plus.
