The GM leads the team, oversees financial performance, ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, and creates a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).

• Ensure a high standard of food quality, presentation, and service.

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health codes.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability.
