Warehouse General Help
You will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be the unloading of all ingredients in designated areas, ensuring adherence to company security policies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Role & Responsibilities

  • Unload all incoming packaging deliveries following company security policies.
  • Maintain all items in designated areas.
  • Perform Pre & Post Checks on vehicles upon daily use.
  • Conduct daily inventory of packaging and determine items to be sent to the plant.
  • Daily pulling of all packaging from warehouse inventory, transfer to West Building, and stocking of the West Side.
  • Collaborate with Scaling Group Lead to ensure all scaled doughs are delivered to production before departing for the day.
  • Conduct daily inventory of ingredients and determine items to be sent to the plant.
  • Daily pulling of all ingredients from warehouse inventory, transfer to East Building, and stocking of the East Side.
  • Perform all sanitation duties at the warehouse.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the warehouse manager as needed.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees/contractors/visitors by following safety guidelines and reporting incidents to management.
  • Promote employee safety in all areas of operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
  • Always follow proper Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.โ€™s).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Other duties performed by warehouse personnel
  • Daily updating of computer inventory.
  • Documenting all deliveries (ingredients and packaging) as per company policy.
  • Support Sister Bakeries by delivering to and/or receiving from, as needed.
Requirements & Physical Demands
  • Must have a valid Driverโ€™s License and must obtain and maintain a D.O.T. Certification.
  • Must be able to count and perform basic math.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend department materials and load sheets.
  • Capable of lifting or maneuvering up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to reach approximately 7 feet high to move products.
  • Physically capable of moving to all areas of the plant.
  • Must be able to view products and determine adherence to quality control standards, including size, shape, color, cut, etc.
  • Must have one (1) year of forklift experience.
  • Must be able to perform all duties without causing damage.
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and practice necessary safety procedures, signs, etc.
