Job description

Responsibilities:- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, both one location AND at other restaurant locations on schedule- Analyze equipment malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair- Fabricate and install electrical components as needed- Conduct low voltage and high voltage electrical work- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues- Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner- Preparation for corporate inspections- Other Tasks Assigned by SupervisorExperience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Repair Technician or similar role- Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems- Experience in analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics- Familiarity with industrial electrician practices and safety protocols- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
