CHOPT Assistant Manager 

Hours per week: 40(OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

We expect our Assistant Managers to support the restaurant & their General Manager by:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel welcome and are treated with dignity and respect

  • Assisting growth by helping to identify and develop trainers

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.  
  • ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
  • Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
  • Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
  • Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

Per state requirements and in the interest of transparency, the pay range shown below reflects our most prevalent hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on role qualifications and experience.
