Job description
roughly 500k global corporate customers, serving as a single point of intake for corporate physical security issues worldwide.
The BAC is looking for talented incident response specialists to support our rapidly growing GSOC program. A successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing physical security incidents, writing detailed reports, coordinating with response stakeholders, and driving positive service relationships among a diverse group of
stakeholders and customers. Success in this role will require flexibility, bias for action, and a wide range of technical and interpersonal skills. Time management and continuous task prioritization is crucial to delivering support services in this
dynamic, fast paced environment.
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Key job responsibilities
- Directly manage physical security incidents worldwide, working with response stakeholders and notifying key partner teams.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure the effective triage and escalation of security incidents.
- Draft written products and emergency communications with a high level of accuracy and detail.
- Navigate a suite of technical resources to retrieve information and create reports in support of incident and crisis management activities as directed.
- Participate in drills and table-top exercises, recommending improvements to BAC practices.
A day in the life
As an Incident Response Coordination Specialist, you will work within a team of specialists to manage physical security incidents worldwide. New hires must be able to navigate policies and procedures, and make sound decisions in the absence of guidance, escalating to team leaders when necessary. You must obsess over our customers, triaging and responding to their physical security needs. This is a shift-based role within a 24/7 operation. You may be expected to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience related to emergency management, GSOC operations, or other physical security management roles in a high-volume, high-intensity environment.
- Experience managing physical security incidents and crises.
- Verbal communication skills with an ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in high-stress situations.
- Writing skills to include drafting, editing, and publishing written products such as incident reports, messaging products, and security alerts.
- Ability to quickly collect and analyze data necessary to brief stakeholders on important, time sensitive security issues.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree/certification in the fields of emergency management, security management, project management, business continuity, or related disciplines.
- Experience with access control and CCTV systems such as C*Cure, Lenel, or Avigilon.
- Experience in emergency preparedness, developing and/or participating in incident response trainings and table top exercises.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
