Summary of PositionEdsal Manufacturing is seeking an
HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations at our Arvin, California manufacturing facility. This role provides administrative and operational support for recruiting, onboarding, employee support, training coordination, HR compliance documentation, and HR recordkeeping.
The HR Coordinator works closely with the Cabinets HR Manager and plant leadership to ensure HR processes run efficiently, employees receive timely support, and HR records remain accurate and compliant with company policies and employment regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding - Coordinate job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding, including orientation and new hire documentation
- Ensure completion of employment forms and Paycor onboarding workflows
- Maintain onboarding checklists and employee records
Employee Support - Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries; route as needed
- Assist with employee communications and engagement initiatives
- Support follow-up on employee relations documentation
Training Coordination - Schedule training, safety orientations, and compliance programs
- Track completion and maintain training records
HR Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files
- Support compliance documentation, audits, and reporting
HRIS & Paycor Administration - Maintain employee data and updates in Paycor
- Support onboarding workflows, acknowledgements, and reporting
- Assist employees with basic Paycor navigation
Labor Relations Support - Maintain CBA-related documentation and records
- Support grievance tracking and labor relations files
- Coordinate logistics for labor-management meetings
- Ensure union postings remain current
Safety Support - Assist with safety orientation coordination and documentation
- Support incident tracking and safety recordkeeping
Key QualificationsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR professional who can effectively support employees and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication.

Education and Experience - 3+ years of HR, administrative, recruiting, or HR support experience required in lieu of a degree
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish required (verbal and written)
- Experience with Paycor HRIS or similar HR systems preferred
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

While most duties are performed in an office setting, occasional presence on the production floor may be required. CompensationThis position is classified as
non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with California wage and hour laws.
The
hourly pay range for this position is $22.88 - $27.00 per hour, which represents the company's good-faith estimate of the range expected to be paid for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
