Job description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support ERP deployment activities, including requirements gathering, process validation, testing, data validation, training, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare.
  • Collaborate with plant operations, business users, and technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and support timely resolution.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
  • Support manufacturing operations, including:
    • Production
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Operations
    • Shipping & Receiving
  • Perform system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data verification.
  • Provide on-site support during deployment, stabilization, and Hypercare activities.
  • Identify process improvements and apply lessons learned to future deployment phases.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Travel extensively to manufacturing plant locations based on deployment schedules and business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP implementation and deployment projects in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Manufacturing Operations
    • Production Processes
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management
    • Shipping & Receiving
  • Experience supporting full ERP deployment lifecycle, including testing, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with business users, plant personnel, and technical teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and provide on-site plant support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Infor M3, Factory Track, or CFS.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or Poultry Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP best practices, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience supporting multiple ERP deployment waves in enterprise manufacturing environments.
