Job Purpose:
- The HR Manager at EHM Senior Solutions will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy and ensuring its alignment with the company's overall mission. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will foster a positive workplace culture that supports the growth and development of employees while ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Required Education:
