Description
TOI TOI USA is a leading provider of portable sanitation solutions, serving customers across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with its headquarters located in Fort Myers, Florida.
We are looking for an energetic, people-first HR leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and knows how to build strong teams, develop leaders, and shape company culture from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role based in Fort Myers, Florida, with travel expected approximately once per month to support regional operations and maintain close relationships with teams across multiple locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Culture & Employee Engagement

• Build strong relationships with employees, supervisors, and operational leadership teams
• Help strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention across all locations
• Partner closely with managers to improve communication, accountability, leadership effectiveness, and team development
• Identify high-potential employees and support internal talent development initiatives
• Support the evolution of middle management capabilities and leadership consistency throughout the business
• Drive employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities
• Act as a coach and trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and people leadership matters
• Help create a positive, performance-oriented, and people-focused work environment
Support Talent Growth & Organizational Development
• Support recruiting efforts for operational and corporate positions
• Help improve onboarding experiences to ensure employees feel connected and successful from day one
• Assist with performance management processes, leadership development, and employee training initiatives
• Support organizational change initiatives as the company continues to scale and evolve
• Contribute ideas and improvements that strengthen the overall employee experience
HR Operations & Payroll Support
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration
• Support continued optimization and automation of HR and payroll systems, including Paylocity
• Administer employee benefits programs and support annual open enrollment
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS management
• Partner with Finance and external vendors to maintain accurate payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain employee records, reporting, and HR operational processes

• Base Salary $80,000 - $95,000
• Annual Bonus Opportunity Up to $15,000

Why Join TOI TOI USA?
• Opportunity to directly influence and shape company culture during an exciting growth phase
• Highly visible leadership role with meaningful organizational impact
• Work closely with operational leaders and executive management
• Help build stronger teams, stronger leadership, and a stronger employee experience across the organization

Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operational or multi-site environments
