Job description

As the HR Manager, Provide HR support for an assigned business unit across the US within the UOP division Honeywell.  You will guide people and programs by working with senior business leaders in order to provide strategic and hands-on input, insight, and advice concerning organizational development, performance management, coaching/development, compensation, employee relations, conflict management, training and more. This role will also drive initiatives forward despite any unexpected roadblocks, as well as translating data into patterns, trends and influencing data-based decision-making.

You will report directly to our Regional Director of HR and be based at the Mobile, AL location. Flexible work schedule subject to plant needs.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment law applicable to the US market.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and lead investigations effectively.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to support HR operations efficiently.
