Your job : 

The HR Manager manages all human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and labor relations. He/She contributes to the alignment of HR strategy with corporate objectives, while ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being.

Your main tasks:

  1. Oversee the recruitment, integration and development of talent.
  2. Implement performance management and training plans.
  3. Manage compensation, benefits and salary policy.
  4. Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Your profile:

  • 5 years' higher education in Human Resources or similar field.
  • Significant experience in HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
  • Fluent in English 

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in HR tools (payroll software, HRIS, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience in performance management and talent development.
