Job description

As a Senior HR Manager at Honeywell Technologies, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across Process Technology's Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. Reporting to the Senior HR Director, Process Technology ISC, you will help shape workforce and talent strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and business performance.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to influence key decisions related to talent, organization design, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation across a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment.

This position is based in a PT Hub location (Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, or Rosemont, IL) and follows a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Strategic HR Business Partner: Partner with senior ISC leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Workforce Planning, Org Design & Productivity: Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and productivity initiatives to optimize organizational structure, talent deployment, and operating costs.
  • Talent Management & Succession Planning: Drive talent management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, and high-potential employee development.
  • Employee Engagement & Leadership Development: Coach leaders on employee engagement, organizational culture, change management, and leadership effectiveness to strengthen team performance and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring: Partner with business leaders and Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies, assess organizational capability needs, and attract critical talent. 
  • Change Management & Transformation: Lead the people strategy for business transformations, organizational changes, integrations, and restructuring activities while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and change adoption.
  • Performance, Rewards & Employee Relations: Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, employee relations, retention strategies, and other talent-related decisions to mitigate risk and drive business outcomes.
  • Workforce Analysis & Executive Decision Support: Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

The annual base salary range for this position is $143,000 to $179,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.Prior experience supporting an ISC site or business required.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing workforce, productivity, attrition, and organizational effectiveness data using Microsoft Excel and other HR analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of successful HR business partnership and value creation.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
