In this role, you'll be at the heart of our organizationโ€”welcoming new employees, supporting our team members, and helping create an outstanding employee experience from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the friendly face employees turn to for questions and support
  • Welcome and onboard new team members through engaging orientations
  • Assist with recruiting activities, interviews, and candidate communications
  • Coordinate background checks and maintain employee records
  • Prepare new hire files and ensure documentation is accurate and organized
  • Help manage lockers, uniforms, and other employee resources
  • Keep HR files organized and up to date
  • Prepare correspondence, scan, file, copy, and keep HR operations running smoothly
