This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about wellness, hospitality, movement, mindfulness, and creating memorable guest experiences that blend luxury, nature, recovery, and adventure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead safe, engaging, and professional wellness and movement classes for resort guests, owners, members, and local participants
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Kindred Resort’s luxury hospitality standards
  • Adapt classes to varying fitness levels, ages, and guest abilities
  • Create welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environments
  • Maintain professionalism, energy, and strong guest interaction throughout each class
  • Support the development of innovative wellness and fitness offerings across Kindred Resort, Studio K, and Keystone Mountain
  • Participate in seasonal wellness activations, retreats, group events, and special programming
  • Incorporate mountain lifestyle, mindfulness, recovery, and nature-inspired elements into classes when appropriate
  • Assist in building signature Kindred wellness experiences
  • Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes and events
  • Ensure class spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Coordinate with wellness leadership regarding attendance, guest feedback, and scheduling needs
  • Promote a collaborative and positive wellness team culture
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Current certification or documented experience within instructor’s specific discipline preferred
  • CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Previous experience teaching group fitness, wellness, or movement classes preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable teaching in both indoor and outdoor mountain environments
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest engagement
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak resort seasons 

The expected pay range is $ 0.01/hr - $ 25.01/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
