Acts Home Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Registered Nurse (RN) position.
In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Home health experience is preferred
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Must have reliable transportation
