At Quarterdeck Resort on Gull Lake, our Guest Service Agent is the first and last impression for our guests. Our ideal candidate provides warm, friendly, and efficient service at the front desk while handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Answer questions about resort amenities, activities, dining, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and availability
  • Process payments, cash handling, and posting charges accurately
  • Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Maintain accurate guest records and daily logs

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate guest needs to housekeeping, maintenance, and management
  • Monitor room status and coordinate with housekeeping for timely turnovers
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns

Professional Standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Follow resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Required
