We are expanding our amenities, facilities, and services-and are seeking a skilled Project Manager to help bring these initiatives to life.


Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of resort projects, including property enhancements, construction, renovation, and operational improvements. This role also provides direct leadership and coordination of the Maintenance team, ensuring daily operations and long-term projects align with the resort's quality and safety standards.

This position offers strong growth potential, with opportunities to advance into senior leadership roles as the resort continues to expand.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for resort initiatives (renovations, new amenities, infrastructure upgrades)
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Oversee and manage the Maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and workflow prioritization
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts with ongoing projects to minimize guest disruption
  • Work closely with internal departments (housekeeping, guest services, marina, F&B)
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and consultants
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and brand standards
  • Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across resort operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7+ years of project management experience
  • Experience supervising maintenance, facilities, or engineering teams strongly preferred
  • Background in hospitality, construction, or property management is a plus
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
