Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor tosupport daily maintenance operations across a multi-building luxury resortproperty. This role provides field leadership to the maintenance team whileensuring work orders, vendor activity, preventive maintenance, and compliancedocumentation are executed efficiently and professionally. The EngineeringSupervisor serves as the operational lead on the floor, supporting the Directorand Assistant Director while maintaining active involvement in technical work.


Essential Functions:

1. Superviseand support daily activities of Maintenance Technicians

2. Assign,monitor, and close work orders through CMMS (HotSOS preferred)

3. Ensuretimely response to guest and internal service requests

4. Performadvanced repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, andgeneral building systems

5. Supportparts ordering, inventory control, and supply management

6. Assistwith invoice processing and budget tracking

7. Maintainlife safety logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation

8. Participatein on-call rotation and emergency response procedures


Qualifications

Required

1. 3-7years of hotel or commercial building maintenance experience

2. Priorexperience leading or coordinating a team

3. Experienceassigning work and managing workflow

4. CMMSexperience (HotSOS preferred)

5. Strongknowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

6. Professionalcommunication skills

Preferred

1. Experiencein multi-building or resort environments

2. Vendorcoordination experience

3. OSHA,CPR, or safety certifications


PhysicalDemands

1. Able to lift up tosixty (60) pounds

2. Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day
