What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Bell Team's daily operations, including scheduling, timecard approvals, and training.

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages; ensure secure storage when needed.

  • Provide detailed information about rooms, amenities, and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries promptly.

  • Communicate hotel emergency procedures when necessary.

  • Promote hotel services, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

  • Coordinate with other departments-Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping-to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum one-year (1) leadership experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication skills required.

  • Ability to lift items in excess of 75lbs required.

  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
