Schedule
  • Training (2โ€“4 weeks): Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
  • Regular shifts:
    • 9:30 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM

What Youโ€™ll Do

Youโ€™ll play a key role in keeping service requests on track by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate service requests and connect with external partners to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and manage open tasks, following up to keep work moving forward
  • Handle a mix of communication, including email and moderate phone interaction (10โ€“25 calls/day)
  • Investigate and resolve issues by finding solutions when standard processes donโ€™t apply
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant activity
  • Support team workflows and step in when additional coordination is needed
  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with setting up new vendors or one-time service arrangements
  • Review details and agreements to ensure accurate handling of requests
  • Help prioritize urgent or time-sensitive work and ensure itโ€™s completed efficiently

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of recent experience in operations, administrative, customer service, or coordination roles within a corporate setting
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of your work

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
