Chargeback Resolution Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $38.25–$43.25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, All Onsite
Interview Process: First Interview – Virtual; Second Interview – In Person

Position Summary

The Chargeback Resolution Analyst will support the review and resolution of chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims. This position works closely with distributors, customers, and internal business partners to ensure claims are reviewed accurately and resolved in accordance with established policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Candidates with laboratory experience are highly encouraged to apply. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, candidates with an Associate's degree or high school diploma may be considered with strong, relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, research, and resolve chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims.
  • Validate claim data and investigate exceptions or discrepancies.
  • Research contractual requirements, pricing information, and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and complete claim documentation and records.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Utilize ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
  • Ensure claims and transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with established policies and contractual requirements.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Candidates with an Associate's degree or high school diploma may be considered with significant relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred in commercial contracting, chargeback operations, contract administration, pricing, or a related field.
  • Laboratory experience is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP, AS400, Vistex, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to research discrepancies, analyze detailed information, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
