• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs that lay the groundwork for effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize appropriate therapy modalities, focusing on fostering personal growth and enhancing client well-being.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting your approaches to best suit individual client needs and therapy goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person therapy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment efforts to uphold ethical and professional standards.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to develop rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage client caseload effectively.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and using digital platforms for counseling.
• Background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or a focus on trauma-informed care can be an asset.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
