ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
  • Responsible for audio and visual programming, implementation, and troubleshooting for the
  • properties to include but not limited to video wall displays, and property televisions.
  • Set up AV equipment for entertainment events and work with the band members to load, setup
  • and remove equipment.
  • Assist in keeping track of inventory of AV equipment.
  • Make sure that the property displays are always in good working condition.
  • Present oneself as a credit to company and encourages others to do the same.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Performs other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete
  • property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations.
  • Preventative maintenance on property AV equipment including but not limited to TV’s, Projectors,
  • Tablets, Touchscreens, & LED Walls.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to two (2) years of audio/visual related experience and/or an equivalent combination of
  • education and experience is required.
  • Hands on experience with mixing live bands using digital and analog consoles.
  • Hands on experience with mixing In Ear-monitor systems for bands from FOH.
  • Hands on experience with Conference system set up (Zoom/Teams connection).
  • Prior casino and entertainment experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge or education equivalent to basic computer science A+ and Networking.
  • Must be proficient with cabling, installation and termination.
  • Knowledge on RF systems.
  • Working knowledge on digital signage systems (Wallboard/Bright sign/Telemetry)
  • Video engineering related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and
  • experience.
  • Basic knowledge of show lighting controls and software. (Qlab, Resolume, ETC controllers,ION)
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programs as they become available.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
