Project Manager โ€“ Lead High-End Residential Builds from Concept to Completion

Job Overview

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday (40 hours/week).

The Opportunity

You will serve as a pivotal leader for Rosette Forever Homes, managing the lifecycle of high-end residential projects across the St. Louis area. Your expertise in craftsmanship and budget control will directly sustain our reputation for beauty and sustainability. This role offers the autonomy to drive complex builds while being supported by a culture of accountability and gratitude.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct multiple high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction phases through final delivery.
  • Develop and maintain precise project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, profitable completion.
  • Synchronize subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to optimize daily field workflow and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison for homeowners, providing transparent updates and managing expectations throughout the build.
  • Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure workmanship consistently exceeds local building codes and company standards.
  • Implement operational improvements and project management procedures to reduce waste and increase profitability.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts and change orders, using JobTrend and other management systems.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated residential construction project management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of residential construction methods, jobsite coordination, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and complex construction documents.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software tools.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel consistently between various regional job sites.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Formal education in Construction Management or a related technical field.
  • Advanced experience managing high-end, luxury residential builds with complex architectural details.
  • Demonstrated history of improving operational efficiency through innovative project management techniques.
