Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Manage the daily operations of a Manhattan upper westside, ensuring buildings meet financial goals and owners’ objectives.
  • Compliance Leadership: Navigate NYC Local Laws, track/remove violations, and ensure 100% compliance with city and state regulations.

  • NYC Expert: You have 4+ years of NYC property management experience and know Local Laws inside and out.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with AppFolio or similar software such as Yardi.

  • Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written skills, capable of working effectively with everyone from attorneys to onsite maintenance teams.
