Job description


BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for preparing annual review memos for existing borrowers tied to the commercial lending loans

portfolios. The Portfolio Manager will be assigned a portfolio of CRE facilities to manage.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

l. Assume account management responsibility for any CRE loan as described above under Basic

Function.

2. Provide ongoing credit oversight and portfolio management of the CRE loan portfolio through annual

reviews, monitoring of covenant compliance and the creation and maintenance of "Watch List" credits.

3. Interact with Loan Officers, Borrowers or CPAs to obtain necessary financial information required to

complete annual reviews.

4. Analyze income producing properties and/or business financial statements/ tax return and identify

financial ratios and trends.

5. Ensure annual review and covenant compliance are completed.

6. Consult with the Senior Portfolio Manager regarding their financial performance trends and pro-actively

anticipate and manage deteriorating credits.

7. Work with the Senior Portfolio Manager in in all matters related to the management of troubled CRE

assets.

8. Negotiate and recommend for approval, financial covenant waivers and loan modifications.

9. Manage portfolio risk on a forward and proactive basis with respect to economic and industry trends,

borrower concentrations, industry concentrations, likelihood of default and loss and criticized and

classify ed loan migration.

10. Assist with site visits/ property inspections as needed.

12. Assist SVP Lending Division with monthly reporting as required.

JOB REOUIREMENTS

Education:

College Degree

Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years related work experience.

Formal credit training required.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills required.

Ability to work independently and meet specified deadlines.

Assertive, self-directed personality type.

Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software required
