What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in occupied homes
  • Perform code-compliant repairs, replacements, and installations, including:
    • Faucets, fixtures, and toilets
    • Water heaters (tank and tankless experience a plus)
    • Valves, piping, and supply lines
  • Troubleshoot leaks, pressure concerns, and system failures
  • Conduct thorough system evaluations and explain findings clearly to homeowners
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
  • Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
  • Ability to work independently while following company processes and safety standards
