Role Description The Residential Custom Building Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Easton, MA. This position oversees custom residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing superintendents, coordinating materials and inspections, expediting permits and approvals, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. The Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to resolve issues, track progress, and maintain project documentation. The role also involves site visits, monitoring workmanship and quality, and proactively addressing logistical challenges to keep projects on time and within scope.
