Pay Rate: $62,400โ€“$83,200 annually + bonus/profit sharing

Project Scope: Residential General Construction

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License


The Opportunity

Lead Residential General Construction Projects with PCG Builders.


PCG Builders is a fast-growing residential builder and developer in the Phoenixville, PA area. We build high-end custom homes, major renovations, spec homes, and build-to-rent real estate developments throughout Chester and Montgomery Counties.


You will serve as a critical project leader, taking full ownership of residential construction projects from preconstruction through to final completion. This role grants you the autonomy to manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and interface directly with clients while reporting straight to ownership. You will drive project success in an environment that rewards your impact directly through profit sharing and performance-based incentives.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage residential construction projects from initial preconstruction phases through to successful final completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee specialized subcontractors to ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely handoffs and milestone completions.
  • Control project budgets and execute financial tracking to safeguard overall profitability targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication for home buyers and clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  • Make independent, sound logistical decisions on-site to resolve trade conflicts without requiring constant oversight.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Project Management Tenure: Minimum 5 years of related project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Financial & Schedule Controls: Proven track record of managing project schedules, budgets, material procurement, and subcontractor networks.
  • Blueprint Literacy & Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to read architectural/structural plans and make proactive field decisions independently.
  • Professional Communication: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills tailored for residential trade management and client interaction.
  • Licensure: Valid Driver's License.


Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field of study.
  • Direct experience managing residential-specific general construction and custom build projects.
  • Active safety or technical training certifications (such as OSHA 10/30 or Fall Protection).
