Position Overview
The Residential Painting Sales Associate meets with homeowners to assess their painting needs, provide detailed project proposals, and manage painting projects to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This role focuses on consultative in-home sales, residential project estimating, and client relationship management while supporting our commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding service.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate residential painting needs and provide professional recommendations
  • Conduct in-home consultations and create customized project proposals and estimates
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate regularly with customers to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction
  • Promote the CertaPro Painters brand through community events, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Attend company training programs and regional or national conferences to stay current with industry trends
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday
  • Approximately 40-hour work week
