Position Overview
The Front Desk Concierge (Resident Services Associate) serves as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. This is a front-facing hospitality role that requires professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Greet residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage package receiving, logging, and notification
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and service recovery
  • Maintain accurate logs and front desk records
  • Coordinate with building staff and management as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment
  • Enforce building access policies and visitor procedures

Requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with consistent availability
